Terms & Conditions – Lodge Service Station Ltd
1. Payment Terms
All invoices are due upon collection of the vehicle, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments can be made by cash, card, bank transfer, etc.
2. Late Payment
If payment is not received by the due date, a late payment charge of £25 fixed fee will be applied.
In addition, overdue invoices will accrue interest at 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate until payment is received in full.
3. Retention of Vehicle / Parts
Lodge Service Station Ltd reserves the right to retain the customer’s vehicle, keys, or any replacement parts fitted until full payment has been received (lien right under common law).
4. Quotations & Additional Work
Any quotations provided are estimates and subject to change if additional faults are identified.
No additional work will be carried out without customer authorisation.
5. Warranty
Parts supplied are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (where applicable). Labour is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of invoice
Warranty does not cover faults caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, or subsequent unrelated issues.
6. Liability
While every care is taken, Lodge Service Station Ltd accepts no liability for loss or damage to vehicles or contents left on premises, except where caused by negligence.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes must be raised in writing within 28 days of the invoice date.
Lodge Service Station Ltd will attempt to resolve disputes fairly and promptly.
